All other Publications are only available in hard copy and require payment upfront. Once monies have been received, the order will be fulfilled.
Payment is via SagePay.
The option to request an invoice is also available. The purchased order will be fulfilled once payment has been received.
The publication price includes UK 2^nd class postage and packing.
