Our aim is to champion best practice in ethical business behaviour. We will do this in a number of ways:
- Publishing research and thought-leadership
- Publishing best practice guides and briefings
- Running events for supporters and the wider business community
- Providing private networking opportunities to share best practice
- Running training, workshops and masterclasses
- Providing corporate in-house training services
- Providing reviews of Codes of Ethics
- Other advisory and review services on demand
- Promoting and developing out toolkits and apps
New initiatives:
- Review and refresh the ‘Business Ethics Framework’
- Launch a standard for Codes of Ethics requiring external review at least every 3 years
- Linked to the above provide a benchmarking service for companies to benchmark their ethics programmes
- Develop benchmark ethics questions for employee surveys (offering more in-depth paid-for analysis on the back of the benchmarking)
- Establish a new network for Board members
- Establish a new network for leading ethics practitioners
- Develop a range of online training and webinars
- Investigate demand for a professional qualification in ethics and if appropriate develop an IBE product
- Develop supporter-only content via the website
